Time Travelers: From Here to There, Grades 4-6
April 13 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 am
From Here to There:
The United States Post Office (USPO) was created on July 26, 1775, by decree of the Second Continental Congress. It was an innovative way to stay in touch with friends and family that lived far away from you. Fascinating photos and stories tell the story of a simple letter in the mail system 100 years ago. Participants will create their own special design for the Museum Post Office.
